We are seeking an experienced, confident, and emotionally intelligent carer to support a lady living with mobility limitations, early–moderate dementia, and complex health needs, in a supported living environment.
This is a highly personalised role requiring excellent communication skills, emotional awareness, and confidence supporting complex physical and psychosocial needs. The successful candidate will provide reassurance, structure, and companionship, while promoting dignity, safety, and independence.

Live-in role | 24-hour presence | Relationship-led care
We are seeking a patient, dependable, and emotionally intelligent live-in carer to support an older lady living with advanced mobility needs, fluctuating cognition, and increasing care requirements, in her own home.
This is a long-term, continuity-focused role, ideal for a carer who understands how to support someone with dementia while maintaining dignity, reassurance, and emotional stability. The right person will provide calm, consistent care and work sensitively alongside family.

Day Support Carer – Dementia & Enablement-Led Support (Monday–Friday)

Hours: 35 hours per week (with flexibility up to 40)

Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7–8 hours per day

Setting: Private home, community-based, pet-friendly
